Plaster Design and Masonry began 21 Years ago after coming from an Advertising background. As I was servicing one of my clients whose business was in a shopping center that was under a retrofit remodel, I was amazed to see how they were utilizing moldings and columns to bring the shopping center to a completely new look. With an affinity for design, I was very intrigued and started to investigate what they were installing. As my research began, I found that what they were using was poly-styrene foam architectural molding shapes, the EIFS system. Amazing how something so simple could make such a significant aesthetic difference especially non-structurally. This is when Plaster Design and Masonry began.

Our interest was retrofit design. We soon found out that most projects were already designed and planned by Architects so we found other great rewards, they were simply bringing these great designs to life. That felt fantastic. Other great rewards that came as a result of our work was long lasting relationships with our clients.

We of course have also done many nonstructural retrofit projects designed by us. Since starting the Plaster business In January 2000, we added the Masonry scope approximately seven years ago. As the industry evolves into more modern exterior cladding, we are moving along with it, for example ACM Panels and Nichiha for more convenience to our General Contractor clients and additional profit center of course.

After over two decades later we have done new construction of fifty-seven Church Buildings with two church builder contractors, Public Storages, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy’s, many Hotels including Hilton Garden Inn, Marriot Hotel and Hyatt Regency, some included retrofits. We have also in this period completed multiple shopping Centers, Medical Buildings, Public Libraires, Fire Stations (including 2 in Bush Intercontinental Airport) Bank Of Americas, Chase Banks and High-Rise buildings.

We are fully insured, follow strict OSHA safety guidlines and understand the importance of a clean jobsite.
